Calls at the line

Not sure if anyone wants to give out their deep dark secrets, but does anyone out there have a system to where you can call plays at the line. I really like the idea of having a set (2 TE and 2 WR) and get to line and have 20 seconds to call a play against a defense that can't substitute nor maybe even blitz. I have had coaches have a hurry up (mostly passes and a draw) but if not successful they would hold on to the ball for only 10-15 seconds. I want to take the full 25 play clock seconds, but have 20 seconds at the line to evaluate the situation.
