I agree. There are some great minds that are sharing their ideas and I have learned a lot reading the posts. Sometimes, when I am talking with the coaches around my area, we all have the same ideas and just rehash the same old things and reinforce our ideas. It is nice to read the variety of ideas and get a new perspective that way. Helps me keep an open mind and rethink ideas that I thought I had already worked through. It helps to hear from people that are connected with a variety of resources. For instance, it is easy to see that "oneback" and JP have lot of great connections and are more than willing to share what they have - nothing better than that.

The way we respond to adversity is a direct expression of our character.
