Installing Today’s Hybrid Pistol Offense Run & Pass from Top to Bottom
This manual provides you with the full offensive line, receiver, and quarterback mechanics for installing each offensive play presented. Coach Campbell has left no stone unturned for implementing today’s Pistol Offense into your program.
One of the things that gave us some problems last season was against the odd 3-2 defense the Rovers/OLB's would cheat their way inside during the cadence & become very difficult for our slots to block out of the 4 wide look. Generally we would get a cover 2 look behind it. What do some of you guys do to combat this. We tried faking the zone & throwing the bubble. Any ideas would be appreciated.

with this type of scheme we allow our QB to check us into the openside load scheme because of the easy duece combo by the guard and tackle thus the QB picthes off of or reads the outside invert on the option (double option). Coach CAmpbell
