Type "no huddle" in the advanced search box on the main forum page. There were a couple of threads a while ago that can get you started. There's also a good basic book out thru coaches choice - "Coaching the No Huddle Offense" by G. Mark McElroy. We've been running no huddle exclusively for about three years and partially for many more years. Lots of different ways you can do it - some very simple. We've gotten a little more complex now that we do it exclusively. Look at the two threads and if you have more questions, I'd be glad to help if I can.
