U. of Wisc. used to use these in the last 5 years or so.
Hang them to the ends of a squat bar and as you get higher in the lift you are lifting the chain off the floor so it is getting heavier!
I never trained like this but it always seemed interesting to me.
I was just thinking about it so I thought I'd ask others you thoughts and possibly the "science" behind it.
