You certainly can do it that way.

The way I prefer is to "pull" the playside tackle around the defensive end and seal the edge while allowing the guard to climb to the LB or safety. Don't bother blocking anyone inside the playside 5 technique unless the nose is a quick and aggressive attacker who may hit the qb during the pitch.
