DeMeo "adjustable" line splits

Those of you using the "adjustable" line splits... Do you always use them? How do you block your Sprint out passing out of Doubles? Do you stick with "adjustable" splits? We use turnback protection on Sprint and it doesn't seem to fit right with the "adjustable" splits....
