I am unsure how I should handle this situation. Are there things I should be tweaking? During a summer camp, one of our captains and a 2 way starter strained his hip flexor. He hasn't been able to play all season, but we are hoping he'll be back next week. Another senior captain suffered a stress fracture in preseason and has just started playing, but at less than 100%. Another captain has been playing with a knee injury, and a fourth captain (our QB) hurt his back last week and has not practiced this week (probably won't play tonight even though he could - we are hoping to get him to full recovery for next week). In the meantime, we have lost a 2 way starter for the season and several other guys are playing hurt. I know injuries are a part of football, but this is rediculous. We are 2-1 right now and need to be better. In the off season, I thought we had a chance to run the table and go deep into the playoffs. Not only have we been playing underhanded, but we are not able to get better because people can't practice at full speed or at all. Anybody been a in a situation like this? Any thoughts?
