Check out the Rae Crowther S advantage tackler. Yhe padding part is shaped llike a rb with low pad level. Great design. They have JV 185lb and varsity 225lb models. The design makes a huge difference. Kids with poor form must correct it or they cannot finish the tackle on the sled. Qquality product about a grand to your door. P.S. I am not a salesman their product sells itself - visit someone that has one- You will be asking he boosters for one or two the next week.
