I have been mulling this over for a while. I have tried to look around at as many different sites I could that list some sort of bio's for the HC's and I have seen a mix of both.
My goal is to become an HC at a school that plays in that state's highest division. I know those jobs are not easy to get. My question is what is the best route to get there? Should I try to work myself into a position as an HC at a lower level school or should I get myself into a coordinator position at a large school, and wait until I a get hired to HC a large school?
