I currently coach part time and for free but thinking of semi retiring to the US from the UK

My son signed with Eastern Kentucky under Roy Kidd (before we transferred to Clemson) in 1988. Always liked the state and it's people. UK has really made progress of late. My on field coaching days were cut short after 42 years on the field with a major health breakdown, but I really would have liked to coach with y'all as a young man. Have you signed any coaches yet?

My staff is young but working hard. It takes time to find those guys. As we gel as a staff, our program will only get stronger.

You are so right, coach, LONGEVITY ON YOUR STAFF will make a world of diference as time goes by. Locating young guys who really want to learn and to stay with coaching is the key. I got to where I would much rather have a young guy that you can bring on board and teach him your system, than hire some assistant who is too set in his ways UNLESS HE COULD PROVE TO ME THAT HE KNEW WHAT HE WAS TALKING ABOUT!
