MUST READ- ALL OPTION COACHES-Flexbone

HEY DEAC,

Thanks for the breakdown on the BCC staff and the positions they hold. Brad was probably the most knowledgeable offensive guard that I coached in the pro minor league ranks and I knew he would excel as a coach. The last time I spoke with him, he was very active on the speakers tour. On top of all the other superlatives he earned, he was a great young man to boot. He was an excellent trap blocker as you mention! His veer release skills were excellent, as you also mentioned. But, his being a student of the game was really what impressed me. He was one of those guys who could sit in a chalk talk and then go right to the field and get it exactly correct on his very first try! It certainly was like having a line coach on the field at all times on game nights!!! He kept them straight and did a great job for me! They now have Raymond as well, eh? They will be tough! I look for Brad to move to Div. 1-A one day in the future.

A long time ago! Their OC played for my championship pro minor league team as you can see from above posts. Deac coached him at Georgia Southern where he was a stand out player for 4 years. Raymond gross was the kid who took over when Tracy Ham finished up at GS. He was the QB that I told you about my having a discussion one day with Erk Russel (he was the HC) about who taught Rodney to ride the option so high, remember? By the way, glad to have you back posting! How is the team looking so far?
