Any coaching points on the turn & hinge technique?

Don't make it more complicated than it is. Tell the kids to take thier normal power steps just as the other linemen and rather than reach, tell them it is their responsibility to influencing them toward the widest weak gap. It is important that they realize that the step and hinge does not mean they will turn their shoulders perpendicular to the LOS!
