Installing Today’s Hybrid Pistol Offense Run & Pass from Top to Bottom
This manual provides you with the full offensive line, receiver, and quarterback mechanics for installing each offensive play presented. Coach Campbell has left no stone unturned for implementing today’s Pistol Offense into your program.
A HC job has just come open in my area. In applying/interviewing for the job when the question of what offense will you run comes up, I don't really know how to answer. I believe you need to have an offensive scheme that fits your personnel, without being around the kids, how does one go about deciding on a scheme?
Frankly, in my experience, scheme questions are far from the primary concern of any interview committee. Prepare yourself for the questions involving fundraising, organizing practice/season schedules, etc.

There is nothing that will show a man's true character like the 2 yard line.

I totally agree with Oneback and Coach Kelly. How you handle organization and your philosophy for inmplementing your program will be paramount. With schemes I would look at the success of the program and what the program has exprencied over the past years in regards to what they have run and this will give you an idea either positive or negative.
