Are the rules in POP WARNER the same across the Country? When and where can we block below the waist? I will run the Doublewing this year and need to block the backside 4/5 TECH with my BSTE in order to pull my G and T! I need to cut that 4/5 TECH to do it. What is the rule in the free blocking zone?
