Has anyone tried running an under front out of the 4-4 vs. 21 personnel?

I like the idea of putting a NG shaded on the Centers Right hand (snap hand) when strength called to the left. The 7 would run right off the OTs hip on the snap. If I bump my inside backers toward the 7 could I use this without getting destroyed with B gap iso to TE side? I have run this type of thing out of a 5-3 look, but does anyone think it can be done with 4 LBs or just to big of a bubble?
