What age group are you coaching? Are you looking for an offensive call sheet, defense or both? PM me an e-mail address coach and I'll send you what I use with our team at the 10-12 age level using an excel spreadsheet. The information listed can be as simple or complex as you want coach, based on how you will actually use that information on the field during game situations.
