SUNDAY INPUT ON HUDL- All coaches will input by there position on the opponents vs there group. Example D-line coach will watch O-line pass protections etc, Wide receiver watch and input defensive back drops and alignment and the rest of position coaches will do the same for there opponents group. Coordinators and Head coAch will meet for game plan ideas.



MONDAY COACHES MEETING, PLAYERS STRIDERS- Players will run 100 yard striders to get the soreness out the body. Walk through/ watch film on opponents ( by offense and defensive) break down and explain the tendencies formations recognition schemes do well. Identify there best players and how we need to play in order to Win. After film coaches will meet up and put in a game plan discussion to detail with coordinators strategies. (WEIGHT ROOM) before striders



TUESDAY ,FILM ,EVALUATION PHYSICAL- Implement game plan strategies blitz etc. hard physical practice and evaluate the right fit for those particular players. Basically who can do what and does it work for us to be successful. Focus on getting the playbook down and game plan effectively.



WEDNESDAY, FILM,PHYSICAL FAST- Now we know what works for our players we are not thinking we’re fine tuning, practicing full speed and practicing with swagger. We’re keeping the plays and schemes that made our players successful in practice for Saturday’s game. (WEIGHT ROOM) before practice



THURSDAY ,FILM ,SPECIAL TEAMS, DETAILS- We now have the understanding of the game plan now is time to sharpen the details of the game plan. Situational practice with the special teams throughout the whole practice. 2 Minute drill, goal line, 3rd and short 2 And long etc.



FRIDAY OFF- Mandatory 1hr 30mins of film on Hudl and optional weight lifting.



SATURDAY GAME DAY!! Position meetings, walk-through team pregame meal. GAME TIME!!!



Staff Responsibilities is for every individual coaches group,players to execute game plan and complete at the highest level.It all starts in practice teach,mentor, motivate, push boundaries,inspire, constructive criticism, and even some luck at times. Thats! what it will take to WIN on Saturdays. LOVE THE GRIND!
