In 1979 the first "German Bowl" occured with a Frankfurt Lions win against Arnsbach Grizzlies (14:08).
The best visited "German Bowl" was on October 9th, 1999 when the Braunschweig Lions ended up 25:24 against the Hamburg Blue Devils infront of 30.400 people.
In 1982 the first "Junior Bowl" (15-19yrs) saw the Düsseldorf Panther beat the Cologne Crocodiles 13:06.
The best visited "Junior Bowl" was in October 1992. 2734 visitors saw the Berlin Rebels beat the Stuttgart Scorpions 38:06.
Since 1990 there is the "Ladies Bowl". Bamberl Lady Bears scored 14:12 against the Hannover Ambassadors.
