I'm going to start my conditioning for football in mid march, but I don't really know where to begin. I want to be in peak physical shape come august when it's time to meet on campus with the team, and I want to be the best conditioned player on the team. Can anyone suggest a running routine to take me from mid march up to august? What would you have your players do to be in absolute peak physical shape by august? I'm playing either outside linebacker or strong safety at the college level next year, hopefully outside linebacker!
