Installing Today’s Hybrid Pistol Offense Run & Pass from Top to Bottom
This manual provides you with the full offensive line, receiver, and quarterback mechanics for installing each offensive play presented. Coach Campbell has left no stone unturned for implementing today’s Pistol Offense into your program.
Great idea. Basically they want to hear and see what your vision is of the program. When I got hired I showed them my plan for the program including how the number of student athletes would increase, off season strength training, in season plans, study hall, leadership training and the need to begin scheduling more competitive opponents in the 4th year during non league.

In my packet, I presented my yearly plans in the form of goals, and broke each year down into phases. (Example, Year 1 Summer, Year 1 Pre-Season, Year 1 In-Season, Year 1 Post- Season and Year 2 Off-Season --> Year 2 Summer and so on) Every phase had goals that pertained to that time of the year.
Coach Lou I'm also a young coach trying to get all the information I can so when I get the chance to become a head coach I'm ready. Please e-mail me at dannyjonni@sofnet.com
Thank you
Coach Marshall
Or anyone else that would have some good material, I have a good power point I made on the 3-3-5/4-3/4-4 Def which I run as DC if someone wants a trade or just have it.
I would also love to get a copy of the 4 year plan you discussed. If you would please e-mail it to me I would appreicate it. I interview next week, so I would appreciate it as soon as possible, if that is possible.
Coach Lou, if it would be possible I would love to take a look at the information you have. Could you possible email it to me at jswarriors3@alltel.net
Hello! I am new to the forum here. I have been coaching for 7 years from freshmen all the way up to varsity as the defensive coordinator for the last 3 years. I am getting ready to interview for the HC position at my school and I have the following; Resume, References, Playbook, 5 Year Program Plan, Mission statement, Rules for the players, expectations of players and staff. What am I missing? Thanks for the help.
