Installing Today’s Hybrid Pistol Offense Run & Pass from Top to Bottom
This manual provides you with the full offensive line, receiver, and quarterback mechanics for installing each offensive play presented. Coach Campbell has left no stone unturned for implementing today’s Pistol Offense into your program.
We are going to hold a football camp for 4-6th graders for the first time here. These boys will have never played any type of organized football. What are the types of skills and drills that these guys can handle? Thanks.
Send me an e-mail and I'll send you the NFL's Junior Player Development Curriculum. It has a number of drills and skills ideas that you can use with the kids at your camp. I've used some of these drills for our team's first week of practice without pads. Teaching every kid every position is a great way to maintain interest with kids experiencing the game for the first time.

I just read your reply to the coach concerning teaching the 4th and 6th graders all the positions. I too would be very intersted in any information on this that you could pass my way.
I have a son in law who is working with the age group mentioned above (4-6th) and I would love to give him a copy of your NFL literature. My mailing address is: P.O. 1103, Anderson, S.C. 29622. Just tell me what it costs to mail, and I will send you reimbursement by return mail. Thanks!

I have the materials in .pdf format and can also burn a copy of a CD that I'd be happy to send to your son-in-law. The sheer volume of pages (well over 300 I believe) make the .pdf format great since he'll be able to print only those pages or sections he's interested in having a hard copy of. Coach just let me know his or your e-mail address to send those files to and I'll get the CD mailed out to the address you provided early next week. Coach, you can e-mail me directly anytime at dhartman@cox-internet.com. This is my first post in a while because I had shoulder surgery about 3 weeks ago and have just really started to use my right hand again to type! I'm looking forward to getting back into the swing of things here on the youth forum though very soon! Being a "lefty" only has made for a challenging first two weeks of practice with my kids but as with anything, I think its been good for me in that it's forced me to provide better instructions to my kids since my ability to demonstrate a lot of things has been very limited. I do look forward to getting "back in the saddle" at full speed again soon though.
For any of the coaches I previously sent the NFL JPD materials out to, please let me know if you found them useful. You can get your own instructional DVD and access to other materials by visiting nflyouthfootball.com or usafootball.com as well.
Good luck to everyone this season!

CYFL - Coach its great to have you back on line. Looking forward to To hving all of you out in the Vipers den this coming next saturday. Coach have a great season and thanks for all that you do for the "Viper" football program. Coach Campbell
Coach Dave, Sure sorry to hear about the bad shoulder right as practice is starting! But, one of the main criteria I always look for in an Assistant Coach is his ability to COMMUNICATE, as well as, demonstrate. Sometimes, "necessity becomes the mother of invention" and it will work to your advantage to hone your skills in this area. Wish you a speedy recovery! My email is: coacheaston@hotmail.com or jerryeaston1@aol.com . I would prefer that you use the "hotmail" if possible and you can just send it to me. Thanking you in advance for the CD, and please be sure and put a little note in the packet as to the shipping charges. Don't cheat yourself in rehabbing that shoulder and you will be back in no time!
