I am looking for some rules i could use for blocking a couter play. I would like to avoid pulling my tackle. We run an i pro with emphasis on zone blocking.
Same as power with the BSG and the FB changing assignments. Power = TE combos with T and slides to 2nd level. FB kicks out DE and BSG leads up under kickout by FB into hole. Counter = PSG traps DE and FB leads up into hole.

If you run a C-Gap counter, here's the blocking I would use.
PTE- Trey Combo PT- Trey Combo PG- Playside Gap C- Playside Gap BG- Trap 1st DL past C-gap BT- Playside Gap
That's how I block my counter. The key blocks are the PT and the PTE. If you run it away from the TE, the PT has to combo w/ the PG and get to that linebacker! Good luck.
