Mat Drills

I need to make my kids tougher mentally and physically. What do you guys do on the mats?

His article is in the 2004 Nike Coaches Clinic Manual. I don't know if they would share anything with you if you called them.

Marc Richt is one of the nicest, most helpful, good Christian young men you will ever meet. I attended several of his clinics when he was the QB coach at FSU, and I was the QB coach at Raines High School in Jacksonville, Fla. I feel certain that if you call him he will help you in a heart beat! Other than TV, I haven't seen him in 10 years or so, but men like him do not change. Give him a call, I just know you will be glad you did.
