I teach this pretty much like a squat... feet under the bar to keep the knees from going too far forward, big chest and flat back, we sit BACK and NOT DOWN, try to force the feet through the platform, and the chest UP first. When I was in high school we stood up between each rep. Is there a reason to do this?
What are some other teaching points for you guys?
Also, what do you do for the bigger, not as athletic guys? Any tricks of the trade? I sometimes have the start from a standing position and not go down all the way? Otherwise it is more harmful for helpful it seems.
