Coaches, Does anyone currently use Landro? I am looking into it and was wondering if it was worth the money, or is there a better system out there? THanks for your reply. Rooster
we have it - we love it - it takes a lot of time, like anything else, to get out of it what you want - if you have the staff it's an excellent tool for the less-than computer savvy --- my guess is that you could spend less if you have top-notch computer hardware already and just buy a good video editing package - but the Landro is essentially the "hardware" and I'm sure that is what you're paying for --- the only negative I've found is the inability to create a database and sort on paper --- which you could do with most computer packages --- the BIG plus is the ability to just unplug it and take it home with you! I love that...

We have had the system for two years, It did take a while to get my staff trained, and play classification can be very time consuming. My athletes have however picked it up very quickly. They will come down during lunch and study halls to watch film. They have no problem navigating through the system. It has been a great teaching tool. It's ability to create cut-tups and high-lite films has also been a great time saver. I have found it to be well worth the money. Coach Bradshaw
