This manual provides you with the full offensive line, receiver, and quarterback mechanics for installing each offensive play presented. Coach Campbell has left no stone unturned for implementing today’s Pistol Offense into your program.

Not sure if it was me, but we have an "80% Rule" for our summer program. We award three different helmet decals based on certain criteria.
First decal - attendance at 80% of all summer functions (lifting, 7 on 7s, camps, etc etc) Second decal - successful completion of 4 out of 8 "Challenge Events" (these are lifting and speed standards that are set for each position) Third decal - recommendation of coaches and captains.
We have an 80% rule. Players must make 80% of off-season lifting days or they will run for each day they missed BELOW 80%. At 80% we consider it all "even". That allows players to not feel lifting is conflicting with other sports, or family vacation in the summer. If a kid lifts 2 days week durring his sports season, then 3 days a week all summer he'll still have a week for vacation.

Thanks for the info, i couldnt remember who said what exactly so i thought it better to ask again. So what are the 8 events and how much running for each day missed?

We keep track of workouts. For every workout short of 80%, they complete 2 100 yd bear crawls. They love / hate this rule. It takes a while to watch a kid do 80 bear crawls.
Would love to see them do that though... can see then heaving at the thought of having to do 80 bear crawls.
