Concussion Database

Last summer I was forwarded information on a Cuncussion Website. The site was interactive and measured a player in his cognition. The scores were saved and if the student suffered a concussion he could compare data to assess damage. Anyone else hear of it, use it-- I cannot remember the name of it or where it is housed.
