This manual provides you with the full offensive line, receiver, and quarterback mechanics for installing each offensive play presented. Coach Campbell has left no stone unturned for implementing today’s Pistol Offense into your program.
I'm from the old school of doing the static stretches after a short jog to warm-up the blood. I'm not that familar with the dynamic stretches you guys are talking about. Are they the same as agilities? Please send or post the dynamic stretch routine you recommend using before practice. Thanks!
Your in for a treat! I, like you, are old school too. This is my 41st year on the field and when they told me about Dynamic warm up vs. static, I said y'all are crazy! But, instead of being a big doubter I started instead to listen to what was being said. Three months later I am totally sold out to Dynamic method!!! I'll let the Kineseology majors tell you all the technical jargon and I will close this post by saying simply; It works!!! Your in for a real treat if you will accept what is being said.

Coach Easton:
You've topped me! I started in 1970. Not too many of us dinosaurs left! I'm usually the oldest at the clinics!
1964 was my starting year. We are dinosaurs all right, but my goal everyday is to learn something and to help somebody. This game is a microcosm of life it'self and it will teach you excellent lessons all along the way, if we but let it. One Back retired after 40 on the field, but still serves as a consultant and very active member of the board here. I think Coach Campbell has 36 years in now. Several of the guys have 15 plus, and I remember one guy said he was in his 25th year last year on one of the posts.
