If the OL is good run stretch and let the HB find the hole.

If you have a FB to lead, then run iso as well.

Along the same lines as counter gap mentioned the STretch play is excellent in any one back system. The stretch requires different footwork for the offensive line then does the inside play thus you now have another play for the one back. Coach CAmpbell
