Coach that is the universal question. I think anything you can do to keep the most kids involved in something is the best use of time. Players standing around watching is something we fight against as much as possible. During group we try to have one team going against a scout team and going in the opposite direction we have the second team going againist air or use as many players as possible holding bags. In theory this could use 44 players. The hard one to figure out is the defesive side because they must fly to the ball and finding enough kids to give your 1st and 2nd def good looks is hard.
