Freshman Football

I am in my second year as a head freshman coach in a program that is improving each year. I have great support from not only the head coach but the entire varsity staff and they do all they can for us. We have a weak feeder program and next year we will have a Jr high program which Im sure will help. I get around 40 kids out for the team most have never gotten past the backyard nerf game and we spend a great deal of time teaching the basics. Whene school starts we only practice for an hour and a half to get the kids on the schools latebus so time is of the essence. Im curious what you guys do in your frosh programs that may help me in our program.
