Does anyone know of any good books that deal with motivation, leadership, teamwork and all the other intangibles you want to instill into a team?? I am reading "Winning Everyday" by Lou Holtz and I would like some more books from the general genre.

Rick Pitino has a good one also but I can't remember the name of it.
