There are lots of offense insertion schedules out there. I hope I haven't missed this topic for defense. I'm hoping some of you may have developed a defensive insertion schedule. It would start during spring or 2-a-days. It would show practice allotment time for everything from position fundamentals to defensive scheme insertion (probably by position, group then team). What do you do in scheduling your teaching progression time allotment?
