Linemen rules, what the RB is looking for and what are you seeing that determines inside zone is your play to call when it is.

The option game for me is used to control the box and limit the number of defenders that a defense can use inside. With a 6 man box I like to push the inside zone. The inside zone play is pushed vertically with your offensive line using a near ear rule for their push this creates a natuarl V for your Tailback.
