I have very little insight on the veer offense so if anyone knows where I can find some info on that offense I would greatly appreciate it. Are there any Veer offensive websites?

When you say a veer power option what exactly do you mean? We have run a play called "Veer Whack" where the TB or whoever was supposed to be the pitchman motions over and kicks out the DE. It becomes an automatic give. Next year from any 3-back set we will also run "veer load": veer block up front, use the SE to crack the OLB, load the TE with the PSHB lead the BSHB out on the CB. If the QB does not give it to the FB he keeps it with two lead blockers in front.
