My favorite is the Colorado defensive backs tape. (It is several years old). I think it is outstanding, if not somewhat technical for the H.S. level. It takes me a lot of time going over the tape to pick up the techniques. It isn't a high quality production - just good, solid demos. I would also suggest you look at the East Tennessee State Univ. tape. It's a low budget production but does a good job on progressions.

Regarding the Dungy video....I saw it....It was when he was with the Colts (not TB) and it is PRO-FESS-IONAL!!

VERY detailed and easy to understand and full of game clips and demonstrations....It's the type of video you could show your kids and they'd get into it...and LEARN

FYI - It is copy-protected, though, so don't plan on making copies
