Installing Today’s Hybrid Pistol Offense Run & Pass from Top to Bottom
This manual provides you with the full offensive line, receiver, and quarterback mechanics for installing each offensive play presented. Coach Campbell has left no stone unturned for implementing today’s Pistol Offense into your program.
We are setting up our summer program and was looking for suggestions on how to set up a weight training and conditioning program. We will have about 35-40 kids four days a week from 8:30-10:30 AM Monday-Thursday for 5 Weeks (First week in July-1st week in August)
At Central Montcalm we run about a 12 -14 week program that is M_W_F 2:45-4:00 during the school year and we go to M-Th 6-8 PM in the summer. During the School we are on the BFS system and in the summer we go BFS M-W-Th and a modified speed city program on T-TH.
We wrap up our program with our Combine in the third week of july.
