I agree with the $375 per player. I just wish my AD and board saw it that way. We get about 50 bucks a player. Our budget for football is about $1800/year excluding coaches salaries, grounds, officials etc. I fundraise additional funds to keep things afloat. Honestly I could very easily get by on $75-$100 per player. I am curious as to what other coaches at small schools in the midwest have to work with?

Helmet - $85.00 (low end)
Shoulder Pads - $125.00
Assorted pads - $35.00
Practice pants - $15.00
Football Jerseys Home and Away - $100.00 (low end)
Game day pants - $50.00
Misc - ?
Must divide the per cost of footballs vs numbers out.
reconditioning, and much more - $375.00 is a low end start up cost.
