How many of you run an SAQ workout? Do you do it the same day as your weight lifting or on the days off from weight lifting? How many days a week do you do SAQ training? I'm looking into getting this started soon. My spring sports players will be ending there seasons and the summer is coming. I would like to implement this training for the end of the school year and during the summer. I'm looking for a good routine, if anyone has one.
Thanks,

We do a SAQ workout and lift on the same day, 3 times a week. We start out with our dynamic warmup, then do into the speed drills. The SAQ work may vary from day to day, but include light plyos, various cone, reaction, and line drills, as well as some linear and sprint work. Then we lift. Every kid should be done in a little over an hour or less.
