Interesting play

PRE-DETERMINED INSIDE ZONE CUTBACK - WHICH THE REDSKINS CALLED "40 WHEEL". INDY COLTS RAN IT AS THEIR "COUNTER" THIS YEAR. NOTHING CHANGES AT ALL FROM INSIDE ZONE EXCEPT FB KICK OUT EMLOS WEAK!!!!!

That play is kind of hard to read. I couldnt tell if the fb was just reacting to the play or it was schemed that way. I do know that UNLV is going to being doing something just like that with the fb offset in the I form, with a te and under center. He is offset to the right and then goes directly back to block the backside de while the rest are running regular inside zone to the right. Great playaction off of this look when the fb then checks to the flats

Speaking of Mountain West teams, I know the University of Wyoming runs this play (the "Wheel") with an H-back blocking the back side like the FB did in this video. It seems like a pretty good way to take advantage of those really fast flowing defenses.
