well, this type of game will inevitably lead to arguements of "which state plays the best football?". i, for one, really can't get into these type of discussions. i know that no one here as stated this and i hope they don't but we've all been involved in a conversation of this type. if the texas team wins does that mean texas plays better football than ohio? of course not....what a silly conclusion. how can one determine which state actually is the best? i would gather to say that no one can. nor, would anyone probably even care. great football is played all over the country. great teams from each state can defeat other great teams from another state.

I didnt start this topic to start a debate about Ohio vs Texas football. I just thought you guys might like to discuss a game of this magnitude. Obviously both states play great football therefore this is a very interesting matchup.

While I would certainly agree that terrific high school football is played in Ohio, as it is in Texas and many other states across the country, would you mind expanding on your post as to what you mean by that statement?

I am fully certain that Colerain will make another strong run at the D1 title in Ohio. I could see them losing in the final 4 to Cleveland St. Ignatius.
