Iz and Oz

Going back over my counting with my Oline and have come up with some questions that I hope somebody can answer

IZ- Supposed to count from outside in or other way?
I have been having my kids count inside to out but some problems occured there with iz and some on oz

OZ- Count inside out with fullback taking number 4 if you are in the pro i formation?


Ok here are the two major concerns i have had

IZ from the gun

Now if you ran iz to the right and counted inside to out you would leave the backer alone on the outside
and have two dbl teams between g&t , BG&C, BT base block
but would you not fan playside, double with center to PSLB and send BT up to backer and read backside T?

Anybody have this problem?

If you ran oz to the right would you not have and extra man?
Seems good to me to double with TE and PT and just check to make sure playside Backer has been picked up
PG reach three or up to backer
C reach three or up to Backer
BG and BT reach 1 to backer
leave end alone and backside rover

Run the toss all day until they shift over? does that seem logical ..you could have 2 extra blockers playside if you send qb and fb to force

Any ideas or problems that could occur ?
