We are facing a 5-3 team, with DE's and LB's that run around like angry hornets...
Usually a 5 Tech to the Te and 4 tech weak. Cover Zero at 10 yards.
They are tough to throw on because they give you NO time to pass, they heat you up inside and out...And running is a pain because of their aggressiveness.
We run Inside Veer, Outside Veer and Belly Option out of the Twins I and Slot I...
Tough one and that is a tough D to run against. I would try and run at the bubble to the strong side with Iso in the I. If you go twins you should be able to pull a backer out and get a 5-2 look. Then you can run Iso to the weak side, if the LB does not slide out hit a quick to the slot WR. You could also run lead option to that side.

When you run Twins, they lock up the FS with #2. They will NOT break the Stack.
They run around like animals and the counters get eaten up. It seems like the only way to beat them is to throw...Problem is, they bring so much heat you are on your back before you can throw.
We are facing a 5-3 team that has the pslb either head up over our OT, inside, or outside our OT. The DT is lined up mostly inside our DT in the gap. I realize if the PSLB is outside he would be our Pitch key, but when he is inside or headup, should we consider either the FS or CB the pitch key?
