How to teach players to take on blocks in space?

If you are wanting drills/etc. on how to take on blocks in space, I don't think this can be taught any other way but full speed. Line up a tailback, fullback, an outside linebacker and run sweep at him, full blown live contact. Make him go to the ballcarrier, THROUGH the outside half of the fullback if he is in his path, and tackle with the inside shoulder like the other coaches said before. I don't believe you can teach this by walk thru, blocking with shields, etc. I have seen it tried, and all we ended up with was a bunch of guys who tried to feather blocks. Just my opinion, but to take on blocks in a physical way, you have to practice that way.
