Installing Today’s Hybrid Pistol Offense Run & Pass from Top to Bottom
This manual provides you with the full offensive line, receiver, and quarterback mechanics for installing each offensive play presented. Coach Campbell has left no stone unturned for implementing today’s Pistol Offense into your program.
Watching Ohio State's game Saturday, I was surprised to see about five or eight option plays run. I believe they all were from shotgun, but QB and HB went to the same side.... it was very unclear who was being optioned from the TV film, and the QB did alot of cutting back through the O-line. I wonder if any coaches know what they were running and who was the pitch key.
Thanks (obviously not an urgent question...)

They were zone blocking the play. I'm not too sure if he had any intention of pitching the ball. IMO it was QB Zone with the RB taking a pitch relationship to hold the OLB or Safety on Option responsibility???
