I have scheduled a meeting with both of my co-principals for this Friday due to some situations that have come up. This is their first year and I've had run-ins with parents of my frosh-soph team(I'm the varsity head coach). My plan is to talk to the principals about where they see the program going, etc.
My question is this....can the administration have a "wrong" answer? What's something, as a head coach, that you do NOT want to hear?
My ideal situation would be for them to have my back and support for whatever I need within reach. I'm not going to ask for a million dollar stadium if it's not possible. Just looking for keys in case they tell me "we don't really care how the team does, just keep any issues off our desk".
