ADVOCARE EXPERT

For those who are familiar with Advocare, what products do you recommend for off-season workouts for high school students? I know there are many products available under the Advocare market for muscle growth and recovery. However, I am not educated enough in their line to know which ones kids should be taking. I am a big believer in Catalyst and I think it is a great product.
