It talked about "on" and "off" in terms where you are supposed to line up and how to pass off stunts. Can you clear that up for me a bit? thanks

Coach the passing off of line stunts is determined by levels your offensive line are on. If to adjacent linemen are working a twist especially using the BOB principle and they can feel each others hip on movement then they will switch their assignment, if both linemen are off the same levels with each other and they can't feel the other next to them then they stay with their man, this is called working the same level as each other.
