Now, this question applies to any of you who are a head coach, of any sport or in the position of assistant head coach, basically a decision making position.
1) What do you do in regards to recruiting for your seniors, juniors, and in some cases, sophmores?
2) How much time out of your day do you get to spend putting together film cuts, etc for these kids versus off-season workouts or in season workouts and prep?
3) The same applies to how much time do you have contacting colleges on your athletes behalf?
4) How much do you get to spend with your athlete and parents discussing colleges, ie., academics/athletics?
